The achievement of ISO 9001 certification had been the main target of I.T.I.
On October 2003 I.T.I. Quality Management System for Inspection and Expediting Services have been certified
in accordance with the principles of ISO 9001:2000 and in the year 2009 this certification has been updated
as per ISO 9001:2008. Actually we are in process to update our system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

I.T.I. Quality Management System guarantees to national and international Clients a systematic approach to quality management and supports I.T.I. business in order to ensure that Clients' needs will be clearly understood, agreed and fulfilled.
